Description of the company

Our client is a Geneva-based, FINMA-regulated boutique investment firm delivering tailored solutions across public markets, alternatives, and private markets. With a small, agile team, the firm offers a collaborative environment where investment ideas and client impact are at the forefront.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, you will advise HNWI and UHNW clients, manage multi-asset portfolios, and generate innovative, actionable investment solutions across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and private markets. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists, provide portfolio analysis, and deliver clear market insights. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing boutique where your ideas and expertise directly shape the client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise HNWI/UHNWI clients on multi-asset portfolios, especially alternatives and private markets.
  • Generate cross-asset, macro-informed investment ideas and actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to translate complex strategies into client-focused outcomes.
  • Prepare and present portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and market insights.
  • Support a small, agile team and contribute to the growth of the boutique firm.

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field + recognized certification (CFA, CAIA, AZEK)
  • Around 8–10 years' experience in Swiss private banking or boutique investment firms, with exposure to HNWI/UHNWI clients
  • Multi-asset expertise, including alternatives and private markets
  • Strong macro perspective and ability to deliver actionable, client-focused investment solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Addepar a plus but not a must
  • Fluent in English; good command of French
  • Valid Swiss work permit
