Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 5 months - with possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Procurement SME support ? primary contact for contract-related enquiries; guidance on documentation, contract structures and hierarchies; escalation point and second-review validation.
  • Contract documentation investigation ? identify, retrieve and validate contracts and artefacts across repositories; reconstruct fragmented contract hierarchies; identify missing annexes, amendments, SOWs, schedules.
  • Artefact discovery & analysis ? locate RFPs, due diligence, approvals, governance and onboarding records; coordinate searches across systems, SharePoint, email archives and stakeholders.
  • Data quality & metadata assurance ? review contract metadata for completeness and regulatory readiness; validate data before it enters TPRM records; recommend corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder coordination ? work with Procurement Operations, Contract Repository Administrators, Sourcing, Category Leads and Legal; track issues and escalations.
  • Governance & continuous improvement ? contribute to remediation governance meetings, progress updates, and sustainable documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, Information Management, Business Law, European Banking Regulations, or related field.
  • 2?5 years' experience across Procurement Operations, Contract Management/Administration, Procurement Governance, Supplier Lifecycle, Procurement Data Management, or Vendor Documentation Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with commercial supply contracts for services, contract repositories, and contract metadata/records management.
  • Strong understanding of contractual hierarchies: Master Agreements, SOWs, Amendments, Addenda, Annexes, Change Orders, Schedules & Exhibits.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data quality reviews, information validation and records remediation.
  • Ability to analyse contracts, identify relationships between agreements/artefacts, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work accurately with large volumes of documentation under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
