Accountant (m/w/d) 80-100%
Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltungsprozesse innerhalb verschiedener Gesellschaften
- Interne Ansprechperson für fachliche Fragen rund um die Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Systemthemen im ERP‑Umfeld
- Erstellung von Rechnungen für Standarddienstleistungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fakturierungsteam an einem externen Standort
- Bearbeitung der Kreditorenprozesse: Erfassung und Prüfung von Lieferantenrechnungen, Überwachung von Visumsfreigaben, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Zahlungsläufe sowie Abstimmung der offenen Posten
- Betreuung der Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen, Verbuchung der Zahlungseingänge, Pflege von Übersichten und Abstimmung der Debitoren‑OP‑Listen
- Erstellung von Monats‑ und Jahresabschlüssen
- Ausarbeitung von Statistiken, Kennzahlen und Berichten zur internen Weiterverwendung
- Mitarbeit an Sonderaufgaben, insbesondere in Projekten zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP‑basierten Prozesse
Das bringst du mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise im Umfeld eines Dienstleistungsunternehmens
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz‑ und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeitung oder Fachausweis)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem ERP‑System Abacus
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an digitalen Abläufen sowie Bereitschaft, aktiv an Optimierungs‑ und Veränderungsprozessen mitzuwirken
- Aufgeschlossene, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit

Votre mission :
We are seeking a Junior Client Accountant (1-3 years' experience) to join a busy fiduciary and client accounting team in Geneva.
This role is designed for someone at the early stage of their accounting career who is looking to develop strong technical accounting skills in a structured, international environment. You will work closely with senior accountants, the CFO, and trust officers, receiving hands-on guidance and support as you build your experience. Candidates with a corporate accounting background who are keen to move into client accounting are also encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice and payment processing, and supporting month-end reporting, while gaining exposure to both corporate entities and client structures. Responsibilities will increase progressively as your experience develops.

This is a strong opportunity to gain exposure across both corporate and fiduciary/client accounting, working on a diverse portfolio of international structures. Votre profil :
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, fiduciary/client accounting, or a similar finance role
- Exposure to bookkeeping and core accounting tasks such as invoices, payments, and reconciliations; any experience with VAT or reporting is a plus
- Background in fiduciary services, corporate services, or audit is an advantage
- A recognised accounting qualification or studying towards one is a plus, but not essential
- Strong interest in developing within an international fiduciary environment
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working approach
- Good Excel skills; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and French (B2 minimum)
- Available for a full-time, office-based job (no home office)
- Valid Swiss work authorisation required; cross-border commuters (frontalier) accepted
