Your role As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will combine creativity with strategic thinking to build engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and support business objectives. Votre mission : Scope of Work · Development of a comprehensive online event concept including technical requirements, process design and best practices. · Expansion and optimization of the lead funnel and customer journey, including adjustments in Magnolia CMS and CRM optimization in BSI. · Development and execution of a targeted marketing and communication strategy to promote events effectively. Creation of social media content, newsletters and promotional materials. KPI definition, tracking and performance optimization are part of the mandate. · Optimization of pre production including invite journey, trailers and clips. · Post production including replays and strengthened call to action elements. · Professional event execution including storyboard preparation, presentation materials, video inserts and training of internal presenters. · Technical staging and establishment of a plug and play standard covering sound, video, platform and interaction formats. This includes Microsoft Teams optimization, camera and audio quality enhancement, breakout structure improvement, chat management and interactive tools such as Menti. · Structured handover including documentation, training materials and a final report to ensure full internal ownership. Votre profil : Required Profile · Strong digital marketing expertise is mandatory.
