Specialist, Innovative Finance & Debt Conversion (Contract)

 Geneva | Short term (2 months) contract

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the development and execution of innovative financing and debt conversion initiatives with governments, donors, financial institutions and international partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage debt conversion and innovative finance projects
  • Build relationships with government, donor and financial-sector stakeholders
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations and implementation
  • Identify new partnership and funding opportunities
  • Monitor project performance and reporting requirements
Your Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Health or related field
  • Experience in innovative finance, development finance, banking, private equity, investment management or structured finance
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and project management capabilities
  • Fluent English; French is an advantage

​Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un·e Payroll Specialist (H/F) ​Vos responsabilités Assurer le traitement complet des salaires mensuels pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs, dans le respect des dispositions légales suisses, des conventions collectives de travail (CCT) et des politiques internes de l'entreprise. Garantir l'exactitude des données de paie, des fichiers de paiement et des écritures comptables liées aux salaires. Établir, contrôler et transmettre les certificats de salaire annuels ainsi que les documents administratifs liés à la rémunération. Gérer les déclarations auprès des organismes sociaux et fiscaux (AVS/AI/APG, allocations familiales, LPP, assurances sociales, impôt à la source, etc.). Assurer le suivi des absences, des assurances perte de gain, des accidents et des différents cas liés aux assurances sociales. Produire les reportings RH et salariaux à destination de la Direction, de la Finance et des autorités compétentes. Conseiller et accompagner les collaborateurs ainsi que les managers sur les questions relatives à la paie, aux assurances sociales et à l'administration du personnel. Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de paie et contribuer aux projets RH liés à la digitalisation et à l'optimisation des outils. Votre profil Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales, certificat de gestionnaire RH ou formation jugée équivalente. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des salaires en Suisse, idéalement acquise au sein d'une entreprise de taille moyenne ou importante. Excellente maîtrise de la législation suisse en matière de salaires, assurances sociales, fiscalité des personnes physiques et conventions collectives de travail. Bonne compréhension des processus RH et de leur interaction avec la paie et la comptabilité. Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, notamment Excel, ainsi que d'un logiciel de gestion des salaires. Maîtrise parfaite du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Des connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand constituent un atout.
