Zur Verstärkung die 'ITOT TechOps Team' suchen wir eine/n ITOT Systems Support Engineer. In dieser Funktion sind Sie für den 1st-Level-Support unserer IT-Systeme (Labor & Produktion) verantwortlich und arbeiten eng mit unseren lokalen und globalen Partnerorganisationen und Kunden zusammen.

Wir suchen jemanden mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Informatik und fundierten Kenntnissen in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnologien sowie Virtualisierungstechniken, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Systemen, Anwendungen und Infrastrukturen in Labor- oder Produktionsumgebungen. Der perfekte Kandidat bringt zudem praktische Erfahrung mit Backup- und Imaging-Lösungen sowie im IT Service Management mit und beherrscht Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift. Darüber hinaus überzeugt die Person durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine serviceorientierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
? Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Incidents, -Requests und -Changes.
? Monitoring und Optimierung der System-Performance sowie Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Störungsbehebung (Troubleshooting), einschließlich Problem Management.
? Administration und Installation von Applikationen mittels einer Softwareverteilungslösung.
? Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen.
? Pflege des IT-Inventars.
? Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu IT-Themen.
? Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und bei Systemerweiterungen.
? Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse.
? GMP-konforme Implementierung und Dokumentation der Aufgaben.
? Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Partnern und Lieferanten.
? Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen.
? 7x24 Pikettdienst.

Must Haves:
? Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Informatik.
? Fundierte Kenntnisse der Windows Betriebssysteme, Netzwerktechnologien und Virtualisierungstechniken. 
? Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Systemen, Applikationen und Infrastruktur, vorzugsweise in einem Labor- und/oder Produktionsumfeld. 
? Erfahrung mit Backup- und Imaging-Lösungen.
? Erfahrung im IT Service Management. 
? Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich.

This includes conducting or approving the relevant investigations, impact assessments (related to impact on concerned equipment/product/material) and definition of relevant corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). - Ensure deviation and CAPA management documentation in a timely manner. - Develop and implement appropriate tools and methods to perform standard investigation and problem solving techniques, to close exception documents, and to ensure appropriate adherence to quality documents (procedure, run sheets, material specification, etc.). Change Controls: - Evaluate internal and/or external change requests and follow deployment through change control according to procedures, GMP requirements and regulatory licenses. - Act as change approver for routine and emergency chnges. This includes performing evaluation, assist, review and prepare corresponding documentation until timely closure of all tasks and change control records.
