Oracle OTBI & BI Publisher Reports Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote work possible
Start date: June 2026
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Our Client, an international organization is seeking an experienced Oracle OTBI & BI Publisher Reports Specialist to support a major ERP cloud migration and reporting modernization program. The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and visualization across Oracle Fusion applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather and document business reporting requirements
  • Design, develop, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, and templates (RTF, Excel)
  • Configure report bursting, scheduling, security, and automated distribution
  • Manage data extraction using BICC and HCM Extracts
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams
  • Support deployments via CI/CD pipelines and version control

Profile

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting
  • Strong expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC, HCM Extracts
  • Advanced SQL and data visualization skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP modules
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice to have

  • Oracle reporting certifications
  • Agile / PRINCE2 / ITIL knowledge
