Operational Business Analyst (Consultancy ? 3 months)

Our Client, a UN agency, is seeking an Operational Business Analyst to support their Academy in reviewing and aligning program structures, workflows, learner journeys, and delivery modalities.
Your Role
- Review and map current programs, workflows, and governance practices
- Identify structural gaps, inefficiencies, and overlaps
- Design a standardized Academy‑wide framework and operating model
- Define governance structures, roles, processes, and SOPs
- Develop practical tools and templates to support implementation
Key Deliverables
- Current‑state assessment and gap analysis
- Standardized program framework and operating model
- SOPs, templates, and governance structure
- Implementation roadmap and handover documentation
Your Profile
- Advanced university degree (Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis, operations, or program management
- Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Excellent English; strong MS Office skills
- Experience in international or complex organizational settings an asset

- Supporting KPI reporting, results monitoring, and strategic analyses
- Contributing to data quality, documentation, and governance initiatives
Your Profile
- Proven experience in data extraction, manipulation, preparation, and analysis
- Proficiency in R and/or Python; solid SQL skills and data warehouse experience
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Azure
- Advanced knowledge of AI tools and practical experience in AI-driven or digital transformation projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
- Degree in Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, IT, Public Health, or related field
- Fluency in English required; French or Spanish an asset

About the role
We are seeking a Strategy & Partnerships Associate Specialist to support a market‑shaping approach designed to improve equitable access to quality‑assured health products in low- and middle‑income countries. This approach focuses on accelerating health product introductions, strengthening regional manufacturing capacity, and building sustainable in‑country systems for supply chains, quality assurance, and procurement.
Under the supervision of the Manager, Market Shaping and Partnerships, the Associate Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic interventions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Partnership strategy
- Map and analyse key external partners, with a particular focus on health product introductions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership strategies, including partner engagement plans and joint workplans
- Coordinate and align partnership activities across internal teams and senior leadership offices
Strategic coordination and reporting
- Support monitoring and management of a strategic market‑shaping initiative
- Coordinate internal and external reporting, briefings, and governance materials
- Prepare high‑quality analysis, presentations, and written outputs for senior stakeholders
Project support
- Track progress against workplans, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
- Support organisation and coordination of meetings, workshops, and partner engagements Essential qualifications and skills
- Master's degree in business, international relations, global health, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in strategy, partnerships, or project coordination
- Strong analytical, drafting, and presentation skills
- Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
- Experience with international organisations, consulting firms, or donor‑funded programmes
- Project management certification or formal training
