Key Responsibilities
- Automation & AI: Develop intelligent workflows and tools using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell. Integrate AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI to streamline business processes and reporting.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Manage and enhance hybrid environments on Microsoft Azure and Windows Server, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Data & Insights: Build interactive Power BI dashboards connecting multiple data sources to support strategic decisions.
- Support & Enablement: Provide expert technical guidance, maintain clear documentation, and promote best practices in automation and cloud operations. About You - Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, and automation scripting (PowerShell, Python).
- Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, ChatGPT).
- Analytical, proactive, and capable of bridging technical and business needs.
- Fluent in French and English; other languages are an advantage.
- Based in Switzerland and available for occasional travel.

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills
