You will be responsible for managing IT projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The role combines program and project management, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects and programs throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and objectives
- Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget changes
- Provide reporting and visibility at portfolio level
- Coordinate interdependencies between multiple projects
- Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and controls
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
Profile Requirements
- Higher education in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, Hermes, or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
- Solid experience with budget management, risk management, and change management
- Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset

Technical Expertise

- Solid understanding of SAN/NAS architectures and protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI)
- Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and hybrid infrastructures

Project context

Your tasks
