À propos du rôle : Notre client, une institution médiatique majeure de Suisse romande, recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Informatique Senior pour renforcer son équipe de support interne. Vous interviendrez au c?ur d'un environnement technologique critique soutenant la production et la collaboration quotidienne.

Vos missions principales :

Support Expert (N1/N2) : Prise en charge autonome d'incidents complexes sur postes de travail (Windows/macOS), environnements Microsoft 365 et périphériques.
Systèmes Audio/Visio : Gestion et support des salles de conférence, équipements A/V et solutions de visioconférence (type Microsoft Teams Rooms).
Projets & Scripting : Participation au déploiement de solutions collaboratives et création de scripts d'automatisation (PowerShell requis, Python apprécié).
Amélioration Continue : Documentation technique, suivi des tickets et optimisation des processus de support.

Votre profil :

Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire. Une expérience dans un environnement de production broadcast ou média est un fort atout.
Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise de Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, et outils de gestion de parc (Intune/SCCM).
Langues : Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais indispensable.
Qualités : Rigueur, excellent relationnel, capacité à prioriser dans un contexte dynamique.
