Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter ICT-Lösungen für Kunden

Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Schwerpunkt auf IT-, Kommunikations- und Audio-/Video-Lösungen für Unternehmen und öffentliche Einrichtungen

Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, inkl. Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten

Präsentation von Lösungskonzepten und Förderung der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit

Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Financial Accounting, Controlling, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of professional experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), including process expertise and system customization.
- Proven track record of at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with FI/CO functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong background in SAP project execution and Go-Live activities, with solid knowledge of implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
- Self-driven and capable of setting clear priorities while fostering strong business relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).

For an international technology company, we are looking for an IS / IT Service Manager ? Print & Infrastructure Services to join the team in Baden in a hybrid working model with home office options.
The role focuses on managing printer services, coordinating external service providers, supporting IT infrastructure operations, and handling incidents and small projects in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Printer Service Management, including collaboration with a new printer service provider
- Implement and stabilize operational processes for printing services
- Set up and maintain printer reporting and service monitoring
- Support the IS Infrastructure Team in service management activities and small-scale projects
- Coordinate, track, and manage incident and service tickets (e.g., via ServiceNow)
- Act as local coordinator for global IS infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Lead and execute small projects independently
- Operate and maintain a small virtual server environment
- Act as Manager on Duty during high-severity incidents
- Monitor SLAs and service KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and restructuring Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Infrastructure Service Management

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Safety Engineer to support the development of complex, safety‑critical software and ground systems used in Air Traffic Management (ATM). You will ensure full compliance with strict aviation safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements across the software lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead safety activities across the full development lifecycle: FHA, FMEA, FTA, Hazard Analysis, HSIA, FDIR, SAF.
- Ensure adherence to key ATM safety standards and regulations, including EASA DPO Frameworks, ED‑153, ED‑109A and ED‑205A.
- Support SWAL allocation and integrate safety requirements into system design, architecture, and operational concepts.
- Prepare and maintain essential safety documentation such as Safety Plans, Hazard Logs, Compliance Matrices, Safety Assessments and Safety Assurance Files.
- Analyse incidents, anomalies and deviations; participate in investigations and root‑cause analysis.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory demonstrations, and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to internal safety processes, documentation, KPIs, and training activities. Your Profile
- Strong experience in software safety within regulated sectors (Aeronautics, Aerospace, ATM or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of standards such as ED‑153, ARP4761, ED‑109A, DO‑278A or DO‑178C/ED‑12C.
- Very good understanding of software development processes.
- Rigorous, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong advantage.
