Approach People est un cabinet de recrutement international dont chaque consultant est spécialisé par marché, pays et industrie. Notre bureau à Genève recrute pour l'un de ses clients, régie immobilière de plus de 100 collaborateurs, leur futur « comptable immobilier – location gérance » à Lausanne.

 

Mission :

Rattaché à la responsable de service et au sein d'une équipe de 8 personnes, vous devrez gérer en autonomie un portefeuille de client personne physique).

Au quotidien : 

·         Gestion comptable de vos clients

·         Encaissement des loyers

·         Saisie et paiement des factures

·         Gestion des comptes de liquidités

·         Gestion des comptes de trésorerie

·         Décompte de gérance pour les propriétaires et décomptes de charges et frais accessoires pour les locataires

·         Relation avec les propriétaires, locataires et fournisseurs

 

Profil :

Diplômé d'un CFC employé de commerce, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience minimum de 2 ans en comptabilité immobilière coté location gérance. Vous êtes reconnus pour votre rigueur, votre capacité de communication et votre sourire.

Il est obligatoire de parler couramment français, et un plus si vous parlez Allemand professionnellement.

La connaissance d'Abacus est un atout.
