Vos missions Vous bénéficierez d'un parcours d'intégration complet vous permettant de maîtriser les solutions, les outils et les méthodes commerciales de notre client avant de prendre en charge le développement de votre secteur. Durant votre première année - Développer votre portefeuille clients en prospectant activement de nouveaux comptes sur votre secteur. - Identifier les besoins des exploitants agricoles et des professionnels du secteur. - Conseiller les clients et proposer les solutions logicielles les plus adaptées à leurs activités. - Réaliser des démonstrations produits et accompagner les prospects jusqu'à la signature. - Construire une relation de confiance afin de fidéliser durablement votre portefeuille. À partir de votre deuxième année Votre rôle évoluera vers une dimension plus stratégique en complément du développement commercial : - Développer et animer un réseau de partenaires (coopératives, négoces agricoles, cabinets comptables, centres de gestion, etc.). - Entretenir des relations commerciales durables avec les partenaires de votre région. - Accompagner et animer un réseau d'agriculteurs référents participant à la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs et au développement des solutions. - Participer activement à la croissance de l'activité sur votre secteur. Votre profil - Vous êtes éligible au contrat VIE (moins de 28 ans au moment du départ). - Vous êtes bilingue français et allemand, avec une excellente maîtrise des deux langues à l'oral comme à l'écrit. - Vous êtes capable de comprendre le suisse allemand. - Vous êtes titulaire du permis B. - Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+4/5 (École de commerce, Université ou formation équivalente). - Vous justifiez d'une première expérience (stage, alternance ou premier emploi) en développement commercial, vente B2B, business development, marketing ou gestion de projet. - Vous appréciez le contact client, la prospection et les déplacements sur le terrain. - Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats. - Vous aimez relever des défis et évoluer dans un environnement dynamique. - Une sensibilité au secteur agricole ou aux logiciels de gestion constitue un véritable atout.
