Position: Joining a busy trust administration team as a trust assistant, working closely with the client relationship managers, the other trust assistants and the client accountants. Perhaps you are not happy in your current role and keen to try something new or else between jobs at the moment and looking to add value, bring your knowledge and learn and grow? Typical tasks could include, but not limited to: -         Complete various internal and external correspondence, as appropriate or requested by the Relationship Managers;  -         Ensure all incoming, internal and outgoing correspondence is filed both physically and electronically in line with set procedures and standards; -         Perform accurate processing of payments and associated documentation; -         Complete the opening and closing of custodian & bank accounts; -         Maintain the client database; -         Perform research to resolve problems, initiating corrective actions either directly or with the Relationship Managers and following through to ensure client's satisfaction and to prevent recurrence; -         Assist with the closure / transfer out processes; -         Liaise with the Relationship Managers and colleagues on a daily basis in order to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed within the required timescales; -         Taking internal and external calls and greetings clients; -         Undertake any reasonable additional duties which from time to time may be requested by a member of the Management; -         Assume back up of other trust assistant(s) when appropriate. To strengthen our Client's Wealth Management (WM) department, we are currently looking for a Head of Client Relationship Management (CRM) In this role, your main objectives are to lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers besides the management of your own clients' portfolio. In this respect, you should still be joining with a portable book of clients and happy to have a client acquisition role, growing your client book, in parallel with this (small) team management responsibilities. Regions of interest: Middle East, Mediterranean, Turkey, Central Europe etc - at the HNWI level. In this key and integral position, reporting to the Head of Wealth Management, you will act as a role model and ambassador for the Bank. You will also have the important task of fully assuming the supervisory responsibilities and manage risk at first line of defence. Per importante azienda cliente del mendrisiotto ricerchiamo un/a:   MARKETING SPECIALIST   Mansioni: - Marketing strategico - Analisi di mercato - Definizione e analisi tipologia di clienti - Definizione delle aree geografiche - Analisi competitor - Analisi SWOT - Definizione KSF - Benchmarking dei prezzi - Creazione roadmap per sviluppo aziendale - Pianificazione delle attività di marketing - Scrittura di contenuti di marketing e del sito web (supportato da personale IT interno) - Organizzazione eventi promozionali - Gestione account su Social Media   Requisiti: - Forte esperienza maturata in ambito Marketing in aziende di produzione, preferibilmente del settore farmaceutico - Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano, il francese costituisce titolo preferenziale - Comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo di piani e campagne di marketing - Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale - Forti capacità di gestione dei progetti, multitasking e autonomia decisionale - Creatività, inventiva e mentalità strategica - Esperienza con strumenti informatici (Microsoft, CRM, Social Media) - Gestione simultanea di molti progetti diversi di varia complessità - Elevato standard di servizio al cliente, integrità e responsabilità Inserimento previsto: contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto con l'azienda.
