Facilities & Workplace. This position is ideal for candidates who already have initial project experience and would like to further develop their skills in workplace, facilities, and real estate projects within an international environment. Your Responsibilities - Develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, Finance, and HR teams to gather headcount growth projections and support consolidation and relocation projects. - Support the planning and development of modern workplace environments that strengthen company culture and employee experience. - Assist in facilities management (FM) and integrated facilities management (IFM) planning within a major real estate and campus development project. - Support provider selection processes (RFPs) and evaluate contract models. - Contribute best-practice solutions during planning phases to ensure efficient operations and avoid unnecessary long-term facility costs. - Support the development of hospitality and workplace service concepts for future office environments. - Assist with fit-out projects from planning through implementation and go-live. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, project teams, and external partners. - Ensure compliance with corporate workplace standards and project requirements. Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. - 3?4 years of professional experience in project support, ideally within commercial real estate, workplace projects, facility management, or interior construction. - Previous experience coordinating or supporting smaller projects is an advantage. - Strong interest in developing a career within Project Management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Team-oriented, proactive, and highly organized working style. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. The successful candidate will join the Biospecimen Acquisition and Management (BAM) team in Rotkreuz. BAM is a service organization with four teams situated across Europe and North America that leverages global capabilities with local support structures to drive integrated biological specimen solutions, accelerating the Roche Diagnostics strategy. The Biospecimen Specialist will manage end-to-end biorepository activities to fulfill customer specimen requests in compliance with local regulatory requirements, quality standards, business needs, and industry best practices. Tasks & Responsibilities Biorepository - Manage and perform biological material processing, registration, shipment, returns, verification activities, retrievals, and inventory searches in a validated environment. - Take accountability for end-to-end project management and biorepository management activities to fulfill customer specimen requests. - Collaborate with relevant permitting agencies, import/export compliance, and local Safety and Biorepository Teams to comply with permit requirements.
