Description du poste
Position:
Are you looking to move into an in-house client relationship role within a leading multi-family office? This Associate to Senior Associate opportunity would suit someone with around 2–6 years of relevant experience who wants to gain genuine exposure to UHNW clients and complex international matters. A Big 4 background could be particularly relevant for someone looking to move into a Front Office role, but we are also very much open to candidates from other relevant financial services backgrounds.
This is a Front Office position supporting and developing relationships with HNW/UHNW clients and their advisors. The level of responsibility will depend on your experience, with the role initially involving a significant amount of client support and administration, but with plenty of room to take on more responsibility and develop over time. You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers and a range of internal and external specialists, gaining exposure to complex international structures, trusts, corporate matters, cross-jurisdictional assets, private equity and wealth planning.
The role offers an unusually broad level of exposure for its seniority. Working in a relatively small, collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in complex international client matters and take on responsibility that would often be reserved for more senior people in a larger organisation. It is a chance to develop a genuinely broad understanding of family office and UHNW client work rather than being limited to one specialist area.
Candidates coming from Big 4 audit/advisory, tax, trust, wealth planning or similar financial services backgrounds could be well suited, particularly if looking to move into an in-house Front Office environment. The role would suit someone who is happy to get involved in the detail as well as the bigger picture, with the opportunity to build their career within a highly collaborative and global multi-family office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and develop long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, family members and their advisors
Work closely with senior Relationship Managers on key client relationships, taking increasing responsibility for client matters depending on experience
Coordinate with internal teams including legal, compliance, trust, accounting, investments, philanthropy and risk
Liaise with external professionals including lawyers, tax specialists, trustees and asset managers
Assist with or manage banking payments, account openings, compliance documentation, risk reviews and debt monitoring
Prepare client reporting packs, financial analysis and meeting materials, using Excel extensively
Assist with financial processes including loan schedules, reporting and analysis of client structures
Gain exposure to trusts, corporate structures, estate planning, tax and other family office services
Support the presentation and coordination of the Group‘s services to clients and their advisors
Contribute to internal projects, business development and marketing initiatives where required
Take a proactive "get things done" approach to both strategic projects and day-to-day administration
Profil recherché

Strong client service and administrative skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
Numerate and confident working with financial information, financial statements, reporting and Excel
Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the maturity and initiative to take ownership of both day-to-day matters and broader client projects
Knowledge of trusts, corporate structures, tax or wealth planning is an advantage; ACA, ACCA or an equivalent international qualification would be a plus for the more experienced profile
Fluent/bilingual English; additional languages such as German, French or Spanish would be an advantage but are not essential
