Our client, a leading Swiss insurance company, is looking for an experienced Product & Innovation Manager to drive the strategic and operational development of its private motor and property insurance portfolio.

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for private motor and property insurance products, prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
  • Continuously develop and enhance insurance products, coverages, and customer offerings.
  • Conduct market, customer, portfolio, and performance analyses to identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional product development initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Gather, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality implementation within core insurance systems, business processes, customer documentation, and contractual documentation.
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and reporting, recommending and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Support sales enablement through product communication, training, and educational materials.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, and analytical reports for senior management and decision-making committees.

What we are looking for :

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience within the Swiss insurance industry.
  • German skills- Fluent .
  • Strong expertise in private motor and/or property insurance products.
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related functions such as Underwriting, Claims, or Pricing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio analysis, claims analysis, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to lead innovation and change.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
