Our client, a leading Swiss insurance company, is looking for an experienced Product & Innovation Manager to drive the strategic and operational development of its private motor and property insurance portfolio.
Job Description:
Your Responsibilities
Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for private motor and property insurance products, prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
Continuously develop and enhance insurance products, coverages, and customer offerings.
Conduct market, customer, portfolio, and performance analyses to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Lead cross-functional product development initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, IT, and other stakeholders.
Gather, define, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality implementation within core insurance systems, business processes, customer documentation, and contractual documentation.
Monitor product performance through KPIs and reporting, recommending and implementing continuous improvements.
Support sales enablement through product communication, training, and educational materials.
Prepare presentations, business cases, and analytical reports for senior management and decision-making committees.
What we are looking for :
Your Profile
University degree or equivalent professional experience within the Swiss insurance industry.
German skills- Fluent .
Strong expertise in private motor and/or property insurance products.
Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related functions such as Underwriting, Claims, or Pricing.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in portfolio analysis, claims analysis, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision making.
Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to lead innovation and change.
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
