Ihre Aufgaben:
Selbständiges Bedienung, Überwachung und Justierung von Schneidemaschinen und Produktionsanlagen
Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
Einrichtung, Umrüstung und grundlegende Wartung von Anlagen und Produktionsmitteln
Vorbereiten der Produktion wie Lagern und Entnehmen von Verbrauchsmaterial
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung EFZ / EBA
oder langjährige Erfahrung als Maschinenführer
Erfahrung im Umgang von chemischen Rohstoffen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb (5-Schicht-System)
Zuverlässige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie technisches Verständnis
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Mobilität durch eigenes Fahrzeug gewährleistet aufgrund Schichtzeiten

Responsibilities
Refactor the existing categorical (Low/Medium/High) risk assignment process into a continuous or tiered numeric scoring system.
Develop a points-based scoring engine inspired by best practices in credit risk and fraud detection, where each KYC attribute contributes a defined number of points according to its relative risk signal.
Apply interpretable machine learning and statistical techniques suitable for regulated environments (e.g., logistic regression with WOE, or tree-based methods).
Define and calibrate scoring bands, ensuring clear thresholds and justifiable breakpoints.
Build reproducible Python pipelines for scoring calculation, backtesting, and sensitivity analysis, ensuring seamless handover to downstream teams.
Own the full model lifecycle: business requirements gathering, feature engineering, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in quantitative roles applying advanced data science and statistical modelling within top-tier banks, asset managers, or fintech firms specializing in capital markets.
Master's degree or PhD in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced academic training combined with real-world application in financial markets is highly valued.
Master-level command of Python for data science, including object-oriented programming, modular architecture, exception handling, performance profiling, and test-driven development.
Deep hands-on experience with pandas, NumPy, scipy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and either PyTorch or TensorFlow; proficiency in building reusable packages and internal libraries.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with extensive experience writing optimized queries over large-scale datasets, particularly in Oracle.
Exceptional analytical rigor, demonstrated by past work that challenged flawed assumptions, improved model robustness, or prevented false conclusions from spurious correlations, look-ahead bias, or poor experimental design.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Technician/Technologist with an electrical background to support critical testing for the Nomex® and Kevlar® product lines. This position will primarily support the Electric Solutions and Defense segments and will strengthen our technical support team. This involves close collaboration with engineers and customers to develop and validate test procedures for various applications.
Key Responsibilities
Perform under minimum supervision complex technical operations and/or tests to provide samples and/or data, solve technical problems and support development programs.
- Electric Solutions Support (50%)
- Perform electrical testing of insulating materials: papers, polymer fibers, fabrics and composites based on Nomex®
- Perform mechanical testing on papers, polymer fibers, fabrics and composites based on Nomex®
- Sample preparation
- Set, adjust and operate technical equipment SAFELY and/or testing instruments, record and verify results.
- Suggest improvements in test procedures.
- Self-train in new test methods.
- Assist supervisor or engineer to prepare work programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update equipment for standard and non-standard tests related to specific customer programs.
- Coordinate and execute work requests and independently write reports.
- Manage lab infrastructures: Responsible for equipment (set-up, maintenance, procedures, safety)
- Comply with safety guidelines, business ethics and internal control processes
- Defense Support (50%)
- Sample preparation (operating multiple types of equipment: manual and automatic cutting machines, sewing and welding machines, and hydraulic presses)
- Assist with and perform ballistic testing on fabrics and composite panels
- Organize sample shipments (prepare samples, package them, coordinate with the logistics team, and update the database/stock records)
- Follow work requests and communicate results to engineers
- Adapt testing conditions, develop new tests, or establish new testing methods
- Manage laboratory infrastructure: responsible for equipment setup, maintenance, procedures, and safety
Qualifications
- Degree, CFC, or Bac+2 in a relevant technical field (electrical background is recommended)
- Previous experience in electrical machines industry, or high voltage testing of insulation materials would be an advantage
- Experience in laboratory safety procedures
- Hands-on skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, organized, and safety-conscious
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
