Quality Control Analyst

​

Vous apportez une expérience solide de laboratoire, y compris des méthodes biochimiques telles que ELISA, PCR. activité enzymatique, Western Blot, HPLC ou autre.

Grâce à votre travail en tant que technicien de laboratoire, vous avez développé une bonne compréhension théorique et pratique des méthodes et de la technologie biochimiques.


En particulier, nous attendons :
- Vous travaillez de manière structurée et dans un souci de qualité.
- Vous trouvez satisfaction et motivation dans les tâches routinières
- Vous avez de l‘expérience en matière de bonnes pratiques de fabrication (cGMP) et laboratoire controle qualité en industrie pharmaceutique
Nous privilégions un environnement de proximité et détendu. Le travail s‘effectue au sein d‘une  équipe où les tâches changent très rapidement. On attend donc de vous que vous soyez motivé par un environnement en évolution rapide tout en étant capable de fournir des résultats de haut niveau.
Missions principales :
- Réaliser les activités d‘analyses biochimique et de supervision selon les procédures en vigueur au laboratoire en respectant les règles GMP/BPD et/ou des projets en lien avec les activités du département Contrôle Qualité
- Préparer des solutions utilisées pour nos analyses de laboratoire
- Respecter l‘ensemble des procédures en vigueur
- Respecter et appliquer les règles EHS.
- Renseigner les divers formulaires, logbooks et documents en respectant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et de Documentation et ALCOA +
- Prévenir le Superviseur en cas de résultats non conformes et/ou invalides le jour même par oral et/ou écrit et initier l‘évènement dans le système qualité dans les délais impartis.
- Gérer les investigations laboratoires.
- Appliquer les demandes planning et remonter tout soucis de manière proactive.
- Exécuter les protocoles de qualifications des réactifs / consommables et de validation (méthode, système, équipements)
- S‘assurer que la calibration et la maintenance des équipements est en ordre lors de l‘analyse
- Respecter la gestion des Kanban en temps réel
- Remonter au responsable de méthode/équipement et au Superviseur/délégué/Expert des écarts sur la procédure
- Être capable d‘identifier et résoudre certains problèmes peu complexes relatifs à son domaine d‘expertise (Troubleshooting)
- Réalisez les solutions ou approbation des solutions au laboratoire.
- Gérez et ranger le laboratoire en général, respecter les normes de standardisation 5S. 
- Supporter les initiatives d‘amélioration continue

Profil recherché :
- Niveau d‘études minimum : CFC laboratin/biologie ou un autre domaine scientifique pertinent.
- 3 ans d‘expérience minimum en laboratoire QC en environnement cGMP
- Expérience en analyse Electrophorèse, HPLC, Elisa, ou en détermination de l‘activité enzymatique souhaité

- Francais courant et anglais technique
- Nationalité suisse ou de l‘UE, ou encore permis de travail suisse valide

- Expérience en rédaction de protocole de validation de méthode est

This position requires co-operation with people at every level of the organization and from multiple functions, including engineering, automation, validation, Manufacturing personnel, SME's on equipment and knowledge of biotechnology API production. Good communication skills in English, verbally and written. Self-driven and take ownership and responsibility for own assignments.
