| Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un(e) Assistant(e) administratif(ve) bilingue Français - Anglais. Votre mission Véritable bras droit administratif, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement quotidien des activités de l'entreprise et participez activement au suivi des projets en cours. Votre profil - Titulaire d'un CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou d'une formation équivalente. - Expérience confirmée dans une fonction d'assistant(e) administratif(ve), assistant(e) de direction ou office manager. - Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. - Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et aisance relationnelle. - Sens prononcé de l'organisation, de la gestion des priorités et du service. - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs. - Personnalité proactive, rigoureuse, discrète et orientée solutions. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel). | Pour notre client basé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un.e office manager (H/F) ! Rattaché·e à la Direction, vous assurez la gestion administrative, organisationnelle et logistique du bureau, et contribuez au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'entreprise ainsi qu'à la qualité de l'environnement de travail des collaborateurs. À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont : - Assurer la gestion administrative générale du bureau (courrier, fournitures, classement, contrats courants). - Coordonner l'organisation logistique des locaux (maintenance, prestataires, équipements, sécurité). - Gérer l'accueil des visiteurs, des nouveaux collaborateurs et être l'interlocuteur·rice clé des partenaires externes. - Organiser les agendas, réunions, déplacements et événements internes. - Assurer le suivi administratif et financier courant (factures, devis, tableaux de suivi, petits budgets). - Mettre à jour et structurer les documents administratifs, procédures internes et outils de suivi. - Soutenir la Direction et les équipes dans diverses tâches administratives et organisationnelles transverses. - Veiller au respect des procédures internes et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs. Role & Responsibilities The Role: Within this banking environment, the Head of Finance role will lead a small team while remaining highly hands-on. This is effectively a CFO/COO/CRO-type position within a reputable FINMA-regulated institution, combining finance, operations, treasury, and risk oversight in one broad and varied remit. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of accounting, operational, treasury, and risk management processes, while supervising a team of four people in total, including operations and accounting staff. The team's primary focus is financial controlling, reporting, and accounting, with additional responsibility for treasury and risk management matters. Working very closely with the CEO, this executive position plays a central role in overseeing financial operations, compliance, back office activities, and risk management across the business. The role requires full-time presence in the Geneva office; remote working is not available.
