We are looking for a Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager (m/f/d) in Kaiseraugst
Key Responsibilities
Manage outsourced clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly activities across a global CMO network.
Lead CMO onboarding, project execution, timeline management, and supplier performance monitoring.
Drive RFPs, SOWs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with Procurement.
Own project budgets, cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
Manage operational orders and master data in SAP/ERP systems.
Build strong supplier relationships and ensure reliable capacity, quality, and delivery performance.
Represent the CMO function in cross-functional planning and supply chain governance processes.
Identify and implement process improvements and support strategic supply chain initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor‘s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master‘s preferred).
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, manufacturing, or contract manufacturing management.
Strong background in clinical supply chain, clinical manufacturing, or CMO management.
Solid GMP knowledge and experience.
Hands-on SAP or ERP system expertise.
Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
Proven project management and stakeholder management experience in a global environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
APICS, SCOR, or similar supply chain certifications.
PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence training

Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis B (le dépôt n'est pas desservi par les transports en commun. Un moyen de transport personnel est indispensable).

For an international company operating in the retail industry, we are looking for an experienced Head of Merchandising to lead the merchandising strategy and drive commercial success across product categories. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global merchandising strategy in line with business objectives.
Develop seasonal assortment plans, ensuring the right product mix across categories, price points and distribution channels.
Partner with Design, Product Development, Production and Commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive assortment optimization, pricing strategies and category performance.
Analyze sales results, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor product performance and recommend actions to maximize profitability.
Support seasonal go-to-market activities and collection launches.

Requirements

In dieser spannenden Funktion übernehmen Sie die technische Leitung von Investitionsprojekten und tragen wesentlich zur Optimierung bestehender Produktionsanlagen sowie zur Umsetzung neuer Projekte bei.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung von kleinen bis mittelgrossen Investitionsprojekten
- Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Funktionalität der Projekte
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien für Neu- und Umbauten bestehender Anlagen
- Erstellung technischer Konzepte sowie Bewertung verschiedener Lösungsansätze
- Durchführung von verfahrenstechnischen Berechnungen und Optimierungen
- Planung und Unterstützung von Produktionsanpassungen sowie Produkteinführungen
- Koordination interner und externer Engineering-Partner

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3?10 Jahre) im Projektmanagement innerhalb eines GMP-regulierten Umfelds
- Erfahrung mit Investitionsprojekten im Bereich von ca. CHF 10'000 bis CHF 200'000
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
