Strategy Delivery Specialist (Interim Consultant)

Geneva Area | 9-Month Assignment | Start: Mid-August 2026

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Delivery Specialist to support strategic transformation, performance management, workforce planning, and executive governance activities within a large international organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy execution and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Develop and monitor KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews.
  • Lead workforce planning and resource optimization efforts.
  • Support senior leadership with analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. 

Profile

  • Experience with a reputable strategy consulting firm is required.
  • Proven background in strategy execution, transformation, operating model, performance management, or workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with senior executives in complex international environments.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Excellent English; French is an asset. 

Assignment Details

  • Duration: Approximately 9 months
  • Start: Mid-August 2026
  • Workload: 80% for the first 6 months, then 60% for the final 3 months

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategy consultant looking to deliver tangible organizational impact in a dynamic international environment.
