Strategy Delivery Specialist (Interim Consultant)
Geneva Area | 9-Month Assignment | Start: Mid-August 2026
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Delivery Specialist to support strategic transformation, performance management, workforce planning, and executive governance activities within a large international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy execution and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic planning, governance, and executive reporting.
- Develop and monitor KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Lead workforce planning and resource optimization efforts.
- Support senior leadership with analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
Profile
- Experience with a reputable strategy consulting firm is required.
- Proven background in strategy execution, transformation, operating model, performance management, or workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with senior executives in complex international environments.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Excellent English; French is an asset.
Assignment Details
- Duration: Approximately 9 months
- Start: Mid-August 2026
- Workload: 80% for the first 6 months, then 60% for the final 3 months
