Smartsheet Architect (Contractor) ? PLCM Launch for Growth Purpose of the Role Seeking an experienced Smartsheet Architect contractor (Level 9) to design, build, and scale the digital launch management infrastructure supporting the Launch for Growth initiative. The role will establish a standardized, scalable Smartsheet ecosystem that serves as the single source of truth for launch planning, milestone tracking, governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility across PLCM.


Why This Role Is Needed?
Current launch planning and reporting activities require a more integrated, automated, and scalable solution to support an expanding launch portfolio. This contractor will provide specialized Smartsheet expertise to:
? Design and implement a global launch management blueprint.
? Build standardized launch templates, workspaces, dashboards, and workflows.
? Improve visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies, and supply readiness.
? Reduce manual reporting effort through automation and enhanced data governance.
? Enable executive-level portfolio reporting and decision-making through connected Smartsheet and Power BI solutions. Key Deliverables
? Smartsheet architecture and solution design for PLCM Launch for Growth.
? Launch workspaces, Control Center configuration, automated workflows, and governance framework.
