Experis Suisse recherche actuellement un(e) SAP Basis Administrator pour rejoindre l'un de ses clients, acteur majeur de son secteur, dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe IT SAP.
En tant que SAP Basis Administrator, vous serez responsable du maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l'environnement SAP et contribuerez à son évolution en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Assurer la supervision et le bon fonctionnement de l'environnement SAP ;
- Gérer et résoudre les incidents, problèmes et alertes détectés via les outils de monitoring ;
- Configurer, administrer et optimiser les composants techniques SAP ;
- Piloter les transports SAP et coordonner les mises en production ;
- Assurer le support de niveau 2 et coordonner les escalades lorsque nécessaire ;
- Participer aux opérations de maintenance, aux installations et à l'intégration de nouvelles solutions ;
- Administrer les systèmes, bases de données, sauvegardes et traitements automatisés ;
- Gérer les releases SAP, upgrades, service packs et notes SAP ;
- Administrer les autorisations, rôles et profils SAP ;
- Participer aux astreintes et à la continuité des services ;
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'exploitation et de supervision ;
- Garantir la sécurité des environnements SAP conformément aux bonnes pratiques de l'éditeur ;
- Produire des indicateurs de suivi, tableaux de bord et reportings ;
- Maintenir une documentation technique à jour ;
- Participer à la montée en compétences des équipes et au partage des connaissances.
Votre profil
- Formation supérieure en informatique ou expérience équivalente ;
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans l'administration SAP Basis ;
- Solides connaissances des architectures SAP et des processus d'exploitation ;
- Expérience dans la gestion des transports, des upgrades et des migrations SAP ;
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes d'exploitation, bases de données et outils de supervision ;
- Expérience dans la gestion des autorisations SAP ;
- Capacité à analyser et résoudre des incidents complexes ;
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens du service ;
- Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et orientation résultats ;
- Français courant et bon niveau d'anglais professionnel.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Good understanding of RBAC, access governance, and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SCIM, REST APIs, and identity provisioning standards.
- PowerShell, scripting, or automation experience is considered a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Linux Platform Engineer to join a dynamic infrastructure team responsible for the installation, administration, automation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Linux environments. You will play a key role in deploying and maintaining modern open-source platforms while collaborating closely with DevSecOps, network, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation, and infrastructure engineering, who enjoys working with modern DevOps practices and open-source technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and configure applications on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and OpenShift platforms.
- Integrate applications with enterprise services such as LDAP, SSO, Active Directory, mail systems, backup solutions, reverse proxies, and monitoring tools.
- Automate deployments and system administration using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Support operations teams by troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Deliver training and onboard users to new tools and technologies.
- Continuously improve the platform by enhancing redundancy, automation, logging, monitoring, and operational resilience.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell/Bash.
- Collaborate closely with DevSecOps, Network, and Security teams to implement secure and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the infrastructure using modern DevOps and GitOps methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical qualification (EFZ) with further education (FH/HF) in Computer Science or a related discipline is desirable.
- Proven experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ideally OpenShift.
- Experience implementing and supporting open-source applications on Linux platforms.
- Solid understanding of:
- Network technologies
- Web servers (Apache, Nginx)
- Databases (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Security concepts and best practices
- Experience with Ansible or similar automation and configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and "Everything as Code" principles.
- Experience developing automation using Python and Shell/Bash scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Nextcloud and openDesk.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Confluence and Jira).
- Experience with monitoring solutions such as Zabbix.
- Experience integrating LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Familiarity with SAFe 6.0 or other Agile frameworks.
- Passion for open-source technologies and continuous improvement.
Language Requirements
- Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential.
