Job Description Summary:
The Procurement Data Specialist :
· Execute Supplier Data Collection ? Pharma Compliance
· Ensure relevant Procurement Master Data is available and maintained in SAP
· Support Operational Buyers team on daily activities

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

The Procurement Data Specialist :
· Collaborate with Local and Global teams to ensure all data are available and materials are released for MRP Planners to be used for Purchase Order placement ? QA, Procurement, company sites
· Ensure VCN (Vendor Change Notification) are received, tracked and implemented.
· Support Vendor changes in collaboration with site stakeholders : QA Teams.
· Ensure for Intercompany Business, all relevant Procurement Master Data are available and maintained in SAP so the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) can be calculated reliably and the PO creation process can be as effective as possible.
· Support Operational buyers on daily operation activities by performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education: Degree (required): Bachelor Degree or comparable, field of Study -  Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain management
Language(s):  English - fluent,  German - fluent
