Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and global process designs into robust SAP Ariba configuration
- Configure workflows, approval structures, status models, and qualification logic across Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Sourcing, and Contracts
- Establish the foundational platform configuration upon which subsequent build activities depend
- Ensure configuration aligns with SAP S/4HANA integration requirements, collaborating closely with the SAP integration team
- Define and implement governance frameworks for supplier onboarding, use case management, and ongoing updates
- Support procurement and business stakeholders throughout the transformation, ensuring understanding, alignment, and adoption of new processes
- Document configuration standards, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and maintainable build
- Act as a subject matter expert on upstream Ariba configuration, supporting both delivery teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on expertise across all three upstream SAP Ariba modules ? Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (preferred), Sourcing, and Contracts ? with proven capability across the full suite rather than a single domain
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements and process designs into effective system configuration, including workflows, approval logic, and data models
- Strong understanding of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integration concepts, including data mapping, integration flows, and orchestration layers
- Proven experience building SAP Ariba solutions from the ground up, rather than operating or maintaining existing configurations
- Solid understanding of supplier, sourcing, and contract data structures and their interaction across systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide procurement and business teams through transformation and process change
- Experience within large-scale procurement or Source-to-Pay transformation programmes
- Exposure to regulated environments with governance and compliance requirements
- Highly driven and accountable, taking ownership of delivery and proactively advancing the build
- Hands-on and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Curious and solutions-oriented, with the ability to quickly address new configuration challenges
- Collaborative and approachable, focused on delivering impact and supporting stakeholders effectively
- SAP Ariba Certification in at least one upstream module (SLP, Sourcing, or Contracts), with multiple certifications strongly preferred
- SAP Ariba Integration Certification or demonstrable experience with Ariba?S/4HANA integration architecture (advantageous)
- SAP S/4HANA certification (Procurement or integration-related) (advantageous)
- Relevant process or transformation certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or equivalent) (advantageous)
- Fluent English is required

Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Procurement Data & Performance in defining, managing, and implementing end-to-end standards for purchasing data collection, enforcement, and reporting
- Contribute to the definition and application of master data structures, standards, and governance within SAP S/4HANA, particularly for Business Partner records covering both suppliers and customers
- Aid in data collection standardisation along supplier, engagement and commercial data aggregation
- Safeguard data quality across key data objects along the procurement lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, contract schedules, standing payments, and associated conditions
- Help embed data ownership, stewardship rules, and quality controls across systems feeding procurement processes
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and ongoing operation of addressable spend reporting Qualifications
- Degree or proven hands-on experience in information management, data science, business informatics, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in procurement data management, with a strong track record in defining, applying, and enforcing data standards and quality controls
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba, with a solid understanding of underlying data structures, master data, and commercial object configuration beyond the front-end interface
- Strong understanding of how data is modelled, stored, and integrated across interconnected systems
- Ability to operate effectively within defined standards set by the data owner and translate them into consistent, reliable execution
- Experience managing data collection and metadata within onboarding or questionnaire-driven tools
- Demonstrable experience implementing data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls
- Exposure to spend reporting and analytics, including planning and operational support
- Familiarity with procurement master data in financial services or other regulated environments
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Driven and proactive, demonstrating initiative and ownership
- Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Curious and quick to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working
- Collaborative, with a strong focus on contributing to team impact and outcomes
- Relevant SAP or data management certifications (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, DAMA/CDMP, or similar) are advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; German would be preferred

Process Design Lead ? Source-to-Pay (BPMN 2.0)

Responsibilities
- Translate project lead and stakeholder requirements into clear, end-to-end procurement process designs in line with the company's design principles
- Design and model Source-to-Pay processes, from demand through to payment, using BPMN 2.0
- Develop semantic-to-system mappings, tracing value chains through to business capabilities and into process design
- Define how each process interacts with policy and governance gates in both directions ? how processes drive controls and how controls constrain processes
- Translate process designs into operational procedures, SLAs, and supporting documentation
- Ensure consistency of process models across regions, maintaining a single, coherent global standard
- Act as the reference point for end-to-end process design for both platform configuration teams and senior stakeholders Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a BPMN 2.0 process designer, with process modelling forming the core of the role
- Highly adaptive to internal design principles and guidelines
- Demonstrable application expertise in ARIS, object knowledge
- Strong ability to translate stakeholder and project requirements into clear, actionable process designs
- Experience mapping semantic structures to systems, including value chains, business capabilities, and process design
- Clear understanding of how process design interacts with policy and governance frameworks in both directions
- Solid Source-to-Pay process knowledge, with a credible understanding of the demand-to-payment lifecycle
- Experience translating processes into procedures, SLAs, and operational documentation
- Working knowledge of SAP (Ariba and/or S/4HANA), sufficient to design processes aligned with platform capabilities
- Experience in process design within financial services or similarly regulated environments
- Driven and proactive, taking ownership and advancing designs without waiting for direction
- Hands-on and comfortable operating within a fast-paced transformation programme
