Start date: ASAP
Duration: Until 30.09.2026 - with possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Review of existing PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) process and definition of new process steps and controls
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and collaborate with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management, to gather requirements for the PEP database
- Functional Requirements Documentation: Create detailed functional requirements documentation outlining how the solution will meet the business needs
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements
- Data Integration Planning: Plan data integration of new data fields
- Design, develop and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
- Test Case Development: Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets the business requirements and works as expected
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with end-users to perform UAT and identify any defects or issues
- Change Management: Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions to business operations during implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management; communicate development plans, timelines, and progress; manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2?3 years)
- Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management - Knowledge of PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) databases
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
- As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly
- Curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactive
- Team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

- Prepare data and Management Information (MI).
- Support the preparation of management decisions and meetings.
- Document decisions taken.
- Support monitoring and control activities for accounts ?in exit? from a Compliance perspective.
- Contribute to the potential update of policies and guidelines. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data and reporting.
- Experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager (at least 2?3 years).
- Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly.
- Curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions.
- Team-oriented and enjoys collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing their own, to deliver the best possible outcome.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a self-driven manner.
