Coordinator, Strategic Financial Accelerator & Optimization
Geneva area, Contract role to start asap until end of 2026
Your role
Support strategic projects and day-to-day coordination within the Finance & Administration division. You ensure smooth operations, stakeholder engagement, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic projects and track deliverables
- Support corporate insurance processes and sustainability reporting
- Collect, analyse, and report data (KPIs, dashboards)
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership
- Organize meetings, events, and stakeholder communications
Your profile
- Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or similar
- ~3?5 years' experience in coordination / project support
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent English; French is an asset
