Duration: 3 months ? with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
- Provide interim (deputy) leadership for the Data & Solution Enablement function, ensuring operational continuity and effective team guidance
- Act as business owner and strategic representative for the bank's enterprise data platform
- Further shape the platform strategy, stakeholder engagement model, and value proposition for business consumers
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives and transformation activities, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives
- Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data adoption and value realization
- Contribute to the bank's AI agenda, including use case assessment for strategic and architectural fit, rollout preparation, and support of governance forums
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, and drive appropriate mitigation actions
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and progress updates for senior stakeholders
- University degree, Polytechnic degree, or equivalent professional qualification
- 10?15 years of professional experience, including leadership roles within financial services and transformation environments
- Strong understanding of wealth management and private banking.
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms, data management, and analytics capabilities within financial institutions
- Proven experience leading large-scale programmes and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
- Strong project and programme management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to develop executive narratives and management materials
- Strong leadership presence, analytical mindset, and ability to identify and address emerging risks at an early stage
- Previous management consulting experience is considered an advantage

Business Analyst Senior Temenos Triple'A - Banking
Ginevra, Genève - Manpower
Context: A leading international bank, established in Switzerland for over 150 years, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its Geneva branch to strengthen its Wealth Management Investment Solution (WMIS) team. You will join a division responsible for global IT solutions in wealth management, covering multiple sites across Europe and Asia.
Your Missions: Reporting to the Investment Services department, you will act as the techno-functional link for the Portfolio Management System (PMS). Your responsibilities include:
- Performing business and techno-functional analysis for the Temenos Triple'A platform.
- Managing enhancements in BAU (Build & Run) mode and contributing to ongoing global transformation programs.
- Defining and documenting detailed functional specifications and functional architecture evolutions.
- Coordinating with external integrators and business stakeholders across Europe and Asia.
- Supporting testing phases (SIT/UAT) and analyzing incidents.
- Contributing to change management and ensuring high-quality documentation. Profile Required:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Wealth Management / Private Banking environments, including at least 5 years specifically on the Temenos Triple'A platform.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory in-depth knowledge of Temenos Triple'A architecture and features (Asset & Wealth Management). Strong understanding of Order Life Cycle, derivatives, and structured products. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Methodology: Proven experience in both Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. French is a strong asset; German is appreciated.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment, rigor, autonomy, and professional maturity.
