For one of our clients in the industry of professional services and technology consulting we are looking for a ServiceNow SOMT & Logik SME (Platform Engineer).

General Information

  Job Description: SOMT is the ServiceNow module for Sales and Order Management for Telco (extensive documentation can be found online if needed). It manages:
- the full life cycle of simple products, complex products, bundles, promotions, and all the pricing rules
- the full transaction life cycle across opportunity, quote, order, agreement, and product inventory
While for the skills required for CPQ we're looking for people with experience in Logik. Logik consumes the product structure from SOMT and can augment this with additional configuration rules.

Telco industry experience is preferred and should be prioritized, due to its peculiarities in product catalog management and order management processes, but open to evaluate also candidates not from telco industry if they have a proven strong experience in order management and catalog management in ServiceNow.

With this role we're looking for new position in an agile team.

Basic certifications like CSA/CAD are mandatory, client expects them, if no advanced certifications (like CIS ones) but proven experience in SOMT/CPQ that meets our requirements, we can still evaluate the profile.

? Work location: 100% remote is possible, but availability to travel within Switzerland is required, as it may be requested for specific events (3 days max per month), Working office is in Zurich.
