For our client, an international NGO based in Geneva, we are currently seeking a temporary Office Manager from 24 August to 15 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and visitor welcoming
- Switchboard management
- Mail handling
- DHL shipments and deliveries
- Cycloservice coordination for officially authorized internal documents
- Kitchen and office supplies stock monitoring and online ordering
- Visitors' parking reservations
- Event setup coordination and online catering orders
- Hotel bookings
- Visitors' transportation arrangements (taxi, public transport, etc.)
- Travel arrangements and staff assistance in coordination with the travel provider
Candidate Profile:
- Perfectly bilingual French / English
- English level: minimum C1 (mandatory)
- Previous experience in office coordination or administrative support
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Pleasant, flexible, and service-oriented
