SharePoint Administrator / Power Platform Specialist (M/F)

As part of the continuous evolution of our digital workplace, we are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
This role is key in ensuring the stability, governance, and continuous improvement of our collaborative environments while supporting business teams with efficient and secure digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments (site collections, subsites, permissions, security)
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Design, build, and maintain business solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Define and enforce Power Platform governance, including policies, security, and best practices
- Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 support, user guidance, and training
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform stability
- Degree in IT (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- Solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance concepts
- Experience supporting end users and driving adoption
- Autonomous, structured, and solution‑oriented
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional and international environments

- Esecuzione di lavori in quota e/o su linee aeree
- Lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici
- Verifica e collaudo degli impianti
- Rispetto delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro
- Compilazione report tecnici e documentazione interventi Requisiti
- Diploma tecnico (elettrico/elettrotecnico o equivalente)
- Esperienza pregressa in reti di distribuzione elettrica
- Conoscenza impianti BT/MT
- Capacità di lettura schemi elettrici
- Idoneità al lavoro in quota e all'aperto
- Patente di guida
