On behalf of an important international company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive PA to support top management in the daily management of strategic and operational activities.
The role requires a professional capable of operating in dynamic and structured environments, ensuring high standards of organization, accuracy, discretion, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Role Purpose:
The role will support senior management in the organizational, administrative, and relational management of daily activities, ensuring a high level of efficiency and operational coordination.
The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key operational point of contact for management, coordinating agendas, meetings, travel, communications, and cross-functional activities within an international and highly complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage the executive's agenda, appointments, and priorities.

Organize meetings, conference calls, and internal/external events.

Coordinate national and international travel, including flights, hotels, logistics, and itineraries.

Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and materials for executive meetings.

Manage internal and external communications with national and international stakeholders.

Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and operational tasks linked to management projects.

Support administrative activities, expense reports, and document management.

Interface with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and institutional partners.

Ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and strategic information.

Support coordination of cross-functional activities and special initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level or senior management.

Preferred background in multinational companies, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or consulting environments.

Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and strong prioritization capabilities.

High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent English (level C1/C2); additional languages are considered a plus.

Ability to operate in fast-paced and high-exposure executive environments.
