Manpower Ticino is currently recruiting an E-Commerce Manager on behalf of a valued client, a fast-growing and dynamic company operating in an evolving market environment.

Purpose:
The role will be responsible for managing and developing the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, digital marketing, and operational coordination.
The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.

Monitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention.

Coordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners.

Manage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities.

Oversee online merchandising, content management, and customer journey optimization.

Collaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.

Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate external technology partners and suppliers.

Support CRM and loyalty strategy development.

Contribute to the optimization of customer experience and omnichannel processes.
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.

Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred.

Strong knowledge of B2C e-commerce dynamics.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

Strong data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
