Specialist ? Non-Grant Procurement Management

Your mission

You will lead and manage procurement activities funded by non-grant sources, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven delivery of health and non-health products across multiple stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping procurement processes, managing risk, and coordinating internal and external partners to support impactful global supply operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage procurement orders end-to-end, ensuring compliance with operational, legal, and financial requirements
  • Oversee the portfolio of procurement activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, risk, operations)
  • Lead demand and supply planning inputs and monitor execution performance
  • Drive onboarding and transaction management for buyers and partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks across procurement operations
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and support continuous optimization
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a key point of contact for complex procurement topics
  • Contribute to reporting, analytics, and performance tracking

Your profile

  • Degree in public health, business, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management in public sector / global health
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Experience working in complex, matrix organizations
  • Solid understanding of risk management (legal, operational, financial)
  • Experience in international environments, with public sector procurement is a strong asset
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Fluent in English; French or another language is an advantage
