un/a impiegato/a contabilità società estere (Italia, Francia, Spagna, Germania, Gran Bretagna, Olanda e Danimarca)
Il ruolo
La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione e controllo delle attività contabili delle diverse sedi estere, garantendo accuratezza, coerenza e conformità alle normative locali e di Gruppo. Attraverso un costante coordinamento con le sedi internazionali, contribuirà alla qualità e all'affidabilità dei dati finanziari, supportando i processi decisionali e la solidità complessiva dell'organizzazione.
Responsabilità principali:
- Registrazione delle fatture attive e passive
- Gestione della prima nota, incassi e pagamenti
- Esecuzione delle riconciliazioni bancarie e controllo dei conti
- Chiusure di bilancio
- Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione contabile delle filiali
- Coordinamento con le sedi estere per verifiche e allineamenti
- Collaborazione con auditor esterni
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma o laurea in ambito economico/amministrativo
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi (esperienza con General Ledger)
- Solida conoscenza della contabilità generale, clienti e fornitori, fiscalità internazionale e normativa IVA
- Buona padronanza di Excel e del sistema gestionale SAP R3 / SAP HANA
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1)
- La conoscenza del tedesco (almeno livello B2) sarà considerata un plus
- Precisione, organizzazione e orientamento alle scadenze
- Buone capacità relazionali e di problem solving

Sole Accountant / Specialista in finanza e contabilità
Swiss Holding company of an international brand of performance bicycle tires, with companies in Italy, USA and own factory with unique and proprietary manufacturing process in Thailand, is looking for an Experienced Sole Company Accountant with excellent knowledge of English and having worked in International industrial and/or import-export companies.
Small, dynamic, international company, family atmosphere, where everyone is key.
Position:
Responsible person to handle full PMI corporate accounting and reporting needs in a timely and precise manner.
Inter-company communication flows, checks and reconciliations.
Completes YE financials up to the closing of the books and has knowledge of consolidating Group financial accounts.
The candidate will also be involved in budget layouts & management and controlling of the subsidiaries, to see that they are on track with the goals that have been set.
Half of the time will be on Swiss accounting needs and Half of the time will be spent running accounting needs for the subsidiary in the U.S. on QuickBooks and other.
May also be required to follow up on IT implementations.
Qualifications / Requirements:
-be Swiss male or have a valid working permit,
-needs to have excellent written and fluent English skills (approx. C1),
-be within 36-48 years of age, preferably non-smoker,
-have a Federal Accounting diploma and working experience, higher APF, or an equivalent of min.7-10 years of experience in accounting within international companies (note: experience within fiduciarie offices only will not be considered sufficient),
-have very good/excellent IT skills and knowledge of Excel,
-be analytical, multi-tasker and a dynamic problem solver,
-be driven, but not overconfident, must never be afraid of asking questions,
-be able to work both independently as well as in team, both locally and with the subsidiaries,
-be cordial, respectful, a good listener and have good communication skills,
