For our estimated client, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist.
HR Assistant ? Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR activities for the Swiss office. This role focuses on HR administration, recruitment support, and internal communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.
This is a hands-on, junior position within an international environment, where you will collaborate with the HR team, managers, and employees across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Support daily HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and organizing input data (e.g. absences, changes).
- Ensure accurate filing and data management within HR systems.
- Assist with benefits administration and general HR activities.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and systems.
Communication & Employee Support
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.
- Provide clear and timely communication on HR-related topics.
- Support internal communication related to HR activities (e.g. onboarding, announcements).
- Assist employees with administrative requests and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2?3 years of experience in HR administration and/or recruitment.
- Experience working in Switzerland is required.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian. German and/or French are an advantage.
