Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of AI-native software engineering specialists and test automation engineers
- Define and drive the strategy for AI-driven software development ? setting engineering standards, maturity targets, and adoption roadmaps
- Lead the people transformation: evolve developer roles, team structures, processes, and ways of working to unlock the full potential of AI-augmented software engineering
- Establish governance and quality frameworks for AI-assisted development, covering security, compliance, and code review practices
- Design and deliver the change management programme to build capability and accelerate adoption across engineering teams in Switzerland, Spain, Poland, and India
- Measure and communicate transformation impact through productivity metrics, delivery speed improvements, and engineering maturity assessments
- Large-scale engineering transformation ? has personally led a programme that changed how hundreds of engineers work, not just advised on one
- AI-powered development tools ? hands-on experience with AI-native dev tooling (Claude Code, Copilot, agentic workflows) ? not just awareness
- Modern SDLC & DevSecOps ? deep practical knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, SAFe, and security/compliance governance in complex environments
- Leadership in international, matrixed organisations ? managed or influenced engineering teams across multiple countries and cultures
- Banking or financial services background ? 4?6 years minimum; understands the regulatory and compliance constraints that shape every decision
- Change management & stakeholder communication ? can present to executives, inspire engineers on the floor, and drive adoption without authority

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a CHF 15M+ transformational project reshaping and harmonising the SDLC
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, data/AI) across multiple locations and entities to deliver expected outcomes.
- Drive executive stakeholder management, shape decisions in governance forums, and ensure measurable business outcomes (time-to-market, quality, resilience).
- Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness together with SDLC Change Leads in the different organisational units.
- Create momentum, inspire and foster engagement through clever communication, branding and events.
- Own end-to-end project controls: deliverables, scope, budget, dependencies, risks, and reporting. Qualifications
- Transformational IT project leadership ? 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation projects (CHF 10M+ scope), with full end-to-end ownership of budget, risks, and deliverables
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) expertise ? hands-on knowledge of modern SDLC practices including Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum), DevSecOps, and CI/CD; ability to drive standards adoption across engineering teams
- Executive stakeholder management ? proven experience navigating C-suite and governance forums, shaping decisions at CIO/CFO level, and managing senior stakeholders across international, cross-functional teams
- Financial services / banking background ? minimum 4 years in a regulated financial environment, ideally in a complex, multi-entity organisation
- Organisational change & AI-readiness ? track record of driving technology adoption and cultural change at enterprise scale, including exposure to AI-enabled tooling and modern engineering enablement
- PMP or equivalent certification ? PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMP mandatory; university degree (Bachelor's minimum); fluent English essential, German a strong asset

Pour le compte de notre client, une banque reconnue dans le canton de Fribourg, nous recrutons plusieurs Collaborateur·trice·s Service Line afin de renforcer son équipe dédiée au service client téléphonique.
Vos missions :
- Prendre en charge les appels entrants des clients et assurer un accompagnement de qualité
- Répondre aux demandes liées aux produits et services bancaires
- Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
- Garantir une communication professionnelle en français, allemand et anglais
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion administrative des dossiers dans les systèmes internes
⚠️ Poste 100% téléphonique : aucune activité en agence ni contact physique avec la clientèle
Votre profil :
- Maîtrise du français, de l'allemand et de l'anglais (niveau minimum B2 requis)
- Expérience dans le service client, call center ou secteur bancaire (un atout)
- Excellentes compétences communicationnelles et orientation client
- Capacité à gérer un volume d'appels important avec professionnalisme
