Job description
Purpose/Mission
The role supports the accurate execution of Swiss payroll and HR administrative processes, ensures high‑quality support to employees and HR Business Partners, maintains data accuracy, and contributes to HR cycles and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute all monthly payroll tasks in SAP, including data entry, calculations, pre- and post-payroll audits, DTA, reporting, and system interfaces.
Collaborate with the external HR shared service center by handling routine service delivery tasks and requests
Maintain working time records and answer straightforward questions related to time reporting
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remuneration, taxation, and child benefits.
Maintain and update employee profiles in SuccessFactors.
Provide accurate reporting and compliance on social insurance and tax matters.
Support annual HR processes such as budgeting, performance appraisals, and salary reviews.
Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
Strong expertise in SAP HR and SAP Payroll; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset.
Proactive, with a continuous improvement approach.
Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative team player.
Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
Previous experience in accounting, audit, mobility, or compensation and benefits is an asset.
Home office possible (max 2 days / week as per dsm-firmenich rules and not the first "learning" period)
