Collaborateur Service Desk Français - Allemand


Vous aimez aider les utilisateurs, résoudre des problèmes et évoluer dans un environnement IT dynamique ?

Nous recherchons un·e collaborateur·rice Service Desk IT pour renforcer une équipe support orientée qualité de service. Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour les incidents et demandes IT, via téléphone, e‑mail, portail ou chat.

Vous analysez, qualifiez et traitez les tickets, assurez un suivi clair et contribuez à rétablir les services rapidement.

Vous travaillez avec des environnements Windows, M365 et des applications standard.

Vous participez à l'analyse d'erreurs, aux activations, aux contrôles de données et à la gestion des connaissances.


Formation IT (CFC ou équivalent), expérience Service Desk, très bonnes connaissances français / allemand requises.


Poste basé en Suisse romande, avec télétravail partiel possible
