For our client, we are looking for a
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the legal team.
- Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and reports in accordance with firm standards.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication with clients and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies.
- Support billing, invoicing, and time tracking activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Completed legal assistant or equivalent administrative qualification.
- Previous experience in a legal environment, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
