We are actively recruiting a Q/SHE Officer for one of our clients, a global life sciences and materials company based in Sisseln.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Sicherstellung, dass qualifizierte Anlagen und validierte Verfahren, unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, zur Herstelung von Formulierungen zur Verfügung stehen
- Support zur Erfüllung der Sicherheit, GMP/ISO- Belange, Umweltschutz
- Sicherstellung, dass Umgebungsqualifizierungen (Raum/Lüftung/Wasser), sowie Prozess - und Computervalidierungen durchgeführt werden
- Verwaltern der Produktionsdokumentation und archivieren von Betriebsdokumenten
- Erstellen von schriftlichen Arbeits- und Schulungsunterlagen
- Melden von SHE-Ereignissen, SHE Vorgaben einhalten
- Aufstellen relevanter Produktionsdaten wie Mengenbilanz, Finanzstatus etc.
Anforderungen:
- Hochschul - oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Fachrichtung Lebensmitteltechnologie, Chemie, Pharmatechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtung oder Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Efahrung in Validierung und Qualifizierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der GMP- und BEhördernanforderungen
- ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- gutes Kommunikationsverhalten
- zuverlässig, selbständiges Arbeiten

Job Description Background:

- Design and Development: Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream solution for finance consolidation, Tax (CbCR & Pillar-two) and ESG, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- System Implementation: Participate in the full lifecycle of our OneStream project, from design to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical support and guidance to co-workers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Advocate for and ensure adherence to OneStream coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Must Haves:

- Hands-on configuration and development experience:

- Designing and building Cube Views, Dashboards, and Reports.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Quality Assurance for High-Tech: Development and implementation of automated test strategies for a complex overall system in molecular diagnostics.
● BDD Methodology: Active application of Behavior-Driven Development to translate requirements into executable specifications (e.g., using Cucumber).
● Development of Test Environments: Construction and maintenance of test frameworks using tools similar to Selenium, Appium, or SpecFlow, supplemented by specific libraries for controlling laboratory robots.
● Robotics Integration: Evaluation and integration of commercial robot arms (e.g., Cobots) as well as participation in the development of internal robotics tools to simulate user interactions on the device (e.g., pipetting, loading cartridges).
