Business Controller con Tedesco  

Grafton Recruitment, on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing company, is currently looking for a:

BUSINESS CONTROLLER - ITA/GER - 100%

The selected candidate will join the Finance team and play a key role in supporting management with controlling activities, financial analysis and performance monitoring. The position offers direct collaboration with both the local management and the Group Controlling function, in a dynamic industrial environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with the standards
• analysis of costs, results and variances, providing recommendations to support managerial decisions
• support in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• preparation and development of financial reports and KPIs for both management and Group Controlling
• ensuring data quality, consistency and accuracy across reporting systems
• analysis of production indicators and operational performance, with focus on efficiency, cost tracking and margin optimisation
• participation in reporting and planning cycles at Group level
• support to internal and external audits
• close collaboration with other business functions to align on data and improve controlling processes
• proposal and implementation of enhancements to reporting workflows and controlling methodologies

Requirements

• university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field
• several years of experience in Switzerland in controlling
• strong understanding of industrial controlling processes
• familiarity with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and Business Intelligence tools
• experience with OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• excellent knowledge of Italian and German; English is considered a plus
