Votre mission :

Joining a busy, collegial large team, this is a hands-on operational and client-facing documentary credit position within the bank's Trade Finance division. The position focuses on the full processing of letters of credit, collections, and guarantees, ensuring that each transaction runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with international standards. The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, internal teams, and external banking counterparts. This role is client-facing and operational, working closely with internal teams and banking partners across borders. You will handle multi-bank, multi-currency, and commodity-related transactions, navigating UCP 600, URC 522, URDG 758, and applicable sanctions/export controls (SECO, EU, OFAC). Your expertise will help maintain the bank's reputation for precision, reliability, and excellence in international trade finance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the full life cycle of documentary credits, collections, and guarantees for an assigned portfolios.
- Deliver timely and precise handling of client and correspondent instructions, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Offer technical guidance to relationship managers, clients, and internal stakeholders on trade finance operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with relationship managers, providing updates on clients' positions and transaction progress.
- Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the bank's trade finance service by collaborating with other departments and sharing expertise.

Votre profil :

Profile:
- Banking diploma, CFC, or equivalent commercial education.
- 3-5 years'++ experience in international trade finance documentary credits
- Deep knowledge of letters of credit, collections, guarantees, and cross-border operations
- Awareness of sanctions, compliance, and export control regulations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
- In-depth understanding of letters of credit, collections, and guarantees, and the rules governing them (UCP, URC, URDG)
- Fluency in French and English
- Must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be eligible (frontalier accepted); candidates willing to relocate are also welcome

Votre mission : The Role: The Head of Finance & Operations (Responsable Administratif & Financier) will lead a small team (1 Accountant and 3 Back Office/Operations staff). Votre profil : Profile: - 8-10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and Swiss banking risk management (including FINMA reporting a must). - Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or in Big 4 auditing small banks. - Hands-on leader with experience managing a small team and operational processes. - Previous experience in Swiss Category 4 or 5 banks preferred. - Knowledge of compliance, operational risk, credit risk, and treasury management. - Fluent/Mother-tongue French speaker with fluent English; strong IT skills. - Swiss resident preferred; cross-border commuters considered.
