Der grösste Anbieter von medizinischer Labordiagnostik für niedergelassene Ärzte und Spitäler in der Schweiz und beschäftigt rund 800 Mitarbeitende.

Lokation: Dübendorf (15 Gehminuten ab Bahnhof Stettbach),

Role: IT Supporter (100%). 


Sie sind die Drehscheibe zwischen unseren externen Kunden sowie den IT- und Sales-Abteilungen in Bezug auf unsere elektronische Verschreibungslösung. Gleichzeitig unterstützen Sie das IT-Support-Team im First- und Second-Level-Support.

IT Support Aufgaben
? First und Second Level Support für die Mitarbeiter in der gesamten Deutschschweiz
? Staging von Notebooks und Workstations (Windows 10)
? Ticket-Erfassung und Zuteilung im internen ServiceNow System
? Remote Support mit Bomgar
? Teilnahme an Projekten zur Entwicklung von Applikationen und Lösungen für Ärzte.
? Erstellung von Exchange Mailserver Konten sowie User Support
? Durchführung von regelmässigen Updates für Betriebssysteme, Anwendungen und Sicherheitssoftware, um die Systemintegrität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
? Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Dokumentationen für IT-Systeme und -Prozesse.
? Verwaltung des IT-Asset-Lebenszyklus, einschliesslich Tracking von Hardware und Software. Lizenzmanagement und regelmässige Inventur.


Was Sie mitbringen
? Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
? Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich, in Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch ist ein Plus
? Erfahrung im Support (First und Second Level) und der Beratung von Kunden inklusive Installationen vor Ort
? Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten, um eigenständig Prioritäten zu setzen, insbesondere während der Pikettdienste, und effektiv unter Druck zu arbeiten
? Kundenorientierte Person
? Sie fühlen sich wohl in der Rolle des Vermittlers und Übersetzers zwischen externen Kunden sowie IT-Abteilung und Verkauf
? Sie besitzen vertiefte Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen: Active Directory, Windows und Mac OS, Ticketing Lösungen und Netzwerke (insbesondere Ethernet)
? Gültiger Führerschein und die Bereitschaft, zu verschiedenen Standorten zu reisen.
? Fähigkeit zur schnellen Problemlösung und Analyse von technischen Störungen, auch in komplexen Systemumgebungen.
Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen oder anderen Service-Management-Frameworks, um effiziente und standardisierte Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen.
? Grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten (z. B. Firewall, VPN, Datenschutz),um Kundenanliegen kompetent zu unterstützen.
