Job description
For one of our Pharma clients based in Basel we are looking for an Insurance Coordinator.
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings
? Support with pre, during, and post-meeting action item follow-up
? Check, submit and track premium invoices; follow-up on payments
? Coordinate vendor creations and adaptions in SAP
? Provide general support as needed
Key requirements
? 5+ years of professional experience in a supporting role, preferably in a similar environment (Industry and/or Insurance)
? Proven excellent organization and planning skills including high attention to detail
? Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
? Language skills: German excellent, English advanced
Education: Bachelor's preferred and or relevant certifications
