We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international engineering contractor delivering large-scale mechanical and industrial projects across Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex mechanical installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals from HVAC, piping or mechanical construction backgrounds, especially those with experience in data centres, pharma, industrial or high-tech projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities on mechanical projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Oversee health and safety compliance on site
• Liaise with engineering, project management and client teams
• Monitor progress, reporting and site documentation
• Support commissioning and handover phases


Profile

• Proven experience as Construction Manager, Site Manager or similar role
• Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, piping or industrial construction
• Engineering background is a strong advantage
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is a plus
• Ability to manage teams and multiple subcontractors
• Good knowledge of site safety and construction standards
• English level B2 or higher required
EU passport or eligibility for work permit in Ireland is mandatory
