PERITO CHIMICO

Mansioni e responsabilità:

- Gestire il funzionamento di impianti chimici secondo le procedure interne e nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza

- Approvvigionare l'impianto con le materie prime necessarie (operazioni di trasporto e carico-scarico)

Requisiti:

- DIPLOMA DI PERITO CHIMICO o equivalente

- Capacità nella stesura di documenti tecnici

- Preferibile esperienza pregressa come operatore in industrie chimiche

- Flessibilità e disponibilità al lavoro su 3 turni

Si offre un contratto di lavoro temporaneo.

On behalf of an important international company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Executive PA to support top management in the daily management of strategic and operational activities. The role requires a professional capable of operating in dynamic and structured environments, ensuring high standards of organization, accuracy, discretion, and interpersonal effectiveness. Role Purpose: The role will support senior management in the organizational, administrative, and relational management of daily activities, ensuring a high level of efficiency and operational coordination. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a key operational point of contact for management, coordinating agendas, meetings, travel, communications, and cross-functional activities within an international and highly complex environment. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage the executive's agenda, appointments, and priorities. - Organize meetings, conference calls, and internal/external events. - Coordinate national and international travel, including flights, hotels, logistics, and itineraries. - Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and materials for executive meetings. - Manage internal and external communications with national and international stakeholders. - Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and operational tasks linked to management projects. - Support administrative activities, expense reports, and document management. - Interface with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and institutional partners. - Ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and strategic information. - Support coordination of cross-functional activities and special initiatives. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level or senior management. - Preferred background in multinational companies, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or consulting environments. - Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and strong prioritization capabilities. - High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. - Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluent English (level C1/C2); additional languages are considered a plus. - Ability to operate in fast-paced and high-exposure executive environments.
