Mansioni:

  • Attività di front e back office: ricezione e accoglienza, contatto telefonico con clienti, fornitori, responsabili di produzione e dipendenti
  • Supporto nei processi di ricerca e selezione: stesura annunci, screening CV, supporto nello svolgimento di colloqui di selezione
  • Supporto amministrativo: compilazione modulistica, richieste permessi, moduli imposte alla fonte, stesura attestati di lavoro, certificati guadagno intermedio, certificati buon lavoro ecc.
  • Gestione e sviluppo di progetti in ambito HR

 

Requisiti

  • Formazione universitaria in ambito economico/umanistico
  • Esperienza, anche di breve periodo, maturata nell'ambito di un ufficio HR, preferibilmente in Svizzera
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, requisito indispensabile
  • Preferibile conoscenza della lingua tedesca
  • Ottima dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici 
  • Capacità di gestione grandi carichi di lavoro e lavoro su più progetti contemporaneamente
  • Persona curiosa e proattiva
  • Buone capacità comunicative e aperta alle relazioni interpersonali

 

Inserimento previsto: contratto diretto con l'azienda a tempo indeterminato.

Position: Are you an experienced and dynamic senior trust officer looking for a new challenge? The chance to be part of a seasoned boutique with good people and high quality work. Perhaps you are unhappy in your current role, for various reasons, or simply excited by the idea of having a real impact on the business, which is independent. You should be used to handling a complex portfolio of clients with lots of structures and companies behind. As an experienced trustee or senior trust officer, you are comfortable on the client relationship side (a client base or network is not necessary to bring, although is of course welcome). Duties to include but not limited to: - Manage, administer and monitor a varied client portfolio - Work closely with the 2 managing directors and one other senior trust officer for the initial set up of new structures, including opening of accounts, putting in place necessary agreements etc - All work in relation with the portfolio of team clients including the review of complex - Maintain a liaison with clients and their advisers, gathering information regarding their affairs, in order to provide good services and ascertain their needs are fulfilled and structure remains adapted to their evolving needs - Carry out instructions such as arranging transfers and other administrative tasks as requested by clients, promptly and accurately - Structures and the obtaining of legal and tax opinions where required - Maintain good relationship with banks /investment managers on behalf of the clients - Be responsible for collection own client's fee notes - Maintain clear and proper records in a professional manner, including to the database - The occasional drafting of simple trust deeds and trust administration documents (resolutions etc.) as well as agreements- in this regard working regularly with external legal counsel + closely with their UK senior lawyer - Ensure a prompt and professional service is provided to clients and intermediaries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with - Promote the range of services the Group can provide to existing clients within the portfolio and identify new business opportunities - Adhere to Risk & Associate compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation - Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management Profile: - 6-10 years+ stable experience in trusts administration as well client relationship management - Masters or Bachelor degree as well as STEP qualified a must - Able to run a portfolio and you have UK res non dom experience - Confirmed experience and knowledge of complex trust and corporate structures - Strong client relationship skills essential as well as trust administration - A clear understanding of fiduciary responsibilities - Pro-active, team spirit, well organised - Good communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset - Ability to contribute to and improve the existing work directives and procedures - Strong IT and computer skills - Fluent/bilingual English; some French or other languages a plus Our Client is offering at least 1 day work from home, up to 2 over time as you settle into the position. As Risk Officer, you will essentially be key in contributing to the maintenance of a solid risk framework and the constant improvement thereof. an already solid risk framework. This includes the management and control of risks and regulatory requirements on fund management company as well as Swiss Fund level. Integrating risk aspects into decision making plays an important role, e.g. with regard to the selection and maintenance of strong relationships with business partners. Strong project- and process management skills are a plus. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: - Control and monitor risk profiles and regulatory requirements on fund management company level and on the level of Swiss investment funds as a second line of defence - Maintain and continuously improve the risk & control framework of the bank's investment funds business (including ICS, RCSA, OpRisk and BCM aspects) - Supervision and oversight on outsourcing framework - Provision of inputs / preparation of regular and ad-hoc risk reports (e.g. FX, liquidity-, market-, credit- and operational risks) for the Head Risk Management & Controls and various committees and boards - Coordination and other ad hoc tasks (E.g. related to PRIIP KID production process) - Carry out ad-hoc reviews and participate in risk management and fund related initiatives - Support or lead internal projects, process management and/or fund product initiatives Profile: - Higher education such as FH/university degree in business administration, economics or equivalent. CFA, FRM or equivalent financial degree or trainings in risk management are a plus - 3 years++ of work experience in the field of risk management from asset management or investment funds - Strong analytical skills and mind set with the ability to work thoroughly, flexible and independently - Solution oriented with a pragmatic approach and readiness to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders, internally and externally - Team player willing to take full ownership of his/her tasks and area of responsibility - Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize and to take clear decisions - Very good communication skills - Fluent in English; some German at least also needed/preferable with French a nice to have - Happy to be based in the office (no home working) for this full-time job, permanent contract - Committed to living in the Basel area and compelling reasons for wishing to relocate if not already residing there, as well as eligible/in possession of either a Swiss passport or valid Swiss work permit (cross-border accepted)
